Prebuilt binaries of c2 for Windows 64 bit.

Each commit to main at https://github.com/Hammarberg/c2 triggers a build for Windows to this web folder.

The tagged versions are built into a standalone zip including WinLibs mingw64 and the batch script "c2 cmd" to start a command prompt with c2 paths configured and ready to go.

All other commits generates a mini build (located under commits/) and only contains the c2 executable, c2lib and examples. It is dependent on g++ or clang++ existing on the system.
